Talents from Brazil have what your team needs.
Our story
Hiring across borders is genuinely hard. Not because the talent isn’t there, but because the process breaks down after the introduction. A new employee starts: the team doesn’t know how to onboard them properly, communication friction builds up, and three months later everyone is frustrated. The company thinks “offshore doesn’t work.” The candidate moves on.
We started Tookn because that problem was solvable, and that Brazil specifically had the talent density to make international hiring genuinely high-performing.
So we built a service designed around what actually makes international hires work: curating for global readiness (not just technical skill), integrating with the hiring team’s process, and staying involved through the ramp-up period where most hires fail or succeed.
Talent is everywhere. Support isn’t.
Brazil produces world-class professionals. What’s been missing is the infrastructure to connect them with global opportunities in a way that actually sticks and integrates.
Hiring is only half the equation.
The other half is ensuring your new hire integrates, contributes, and thrives. That’s why we stay engaged before, during, and after the hire.
Both sides deserve a good outcome.
The company should get a talent who delivers. The applicant should get a role that advances their career. We work for both.
